Honduran Food

1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced
5 green bananas, sliced
4 ripe bananas, cut
4 lbs cassava, cut
2 14-ounce can coconut milk
2 pounds spiral cut
4 tsps. Kosher salt to taste
